On the positive side, the hotel was located close to the River Kwai bridge and we could even see it from the restaurant. The breakfast had a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. We were also allocated a room close to the pool, which was convenient. However, these positives were outweighed by the negative aspects of our stay.
The staff were rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests.

The resort had a great location, as it was right on the river with beautiful views of the bridge. Despite being a bit far from the busier bars in the centre, it was still nice to have access to the river. the room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was clean and functional. the breakfast was basic, but had some tasty options. the staff was helpful, and the swimming pool was calm and relaxing.
We found that some of the front counter staff were a bit unhelpful and not enthusiastic about providing assistance.

The beautiful garden setting and the friendly staff make this hotel a great stay. the breakfast served along the river was one of the highlights of our Thanksgiving. the location was perfect for exploring some of the local attractions.
The rooms felt outdated and the bed was uncomfortable, making for a less than ideal night's sleep. the pool was too cold to enjoy, which was a disappointment.
